1. General Conditions
Designs by Diza reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. All services and products are provided subject to availability.
2. Products & Services
Designs by Diza offers both physical and digital products, including custom and personalized items. Due to the handmade nature of many products, slight variations may occur and are not considered defects.
3. Pricing & Payments
• All prices are listed in the applicable currency at checkout
• Full payment is required before any work begins
• Orders will not enter production until payment has been received
• Prices are subject to change without notice
4. Custom & Personalized Orders
• All custom and personalized orders are final sale
• No changes can be made once a design has been approved
• Design proofs may be provided at the seller’s discretion
• Production begins once payment and approval are complete
5. Turnaround Time
• Turnaround times are estimates and not guarantees
• Rush services may be available for an additional fee
• Designs by Diza is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events beyond our control
6. Shipping & Delivery
• Shipping times are provided by third-party carriers
• Designs by Diza is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages once shipped
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information
7. Returns & Refunds
• Custom and personalized items are non-refundable
• Non-custom items may be eligible for replacement or store credit if damaged upon arrival
• All claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with photo documentation
8. Intellectual Property
All designs, images, text, and content created by Designs by Diza remain the intellectual property of Designs by Diza.
• Designs may not be copied, reproduced, resold, or redistributed without written permission
• Purchase does not transfer copyright ownership
9. Digital Products
• All digital product sales are final
• No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on digital files
• Customer is responsible for ensuring compatibility with their software or equipment
10. Accuracy of Information
We make every effort to display product details accurately; however, Designs by Diza does not guarantee that all descriptions, colors, or pricing are error-free.
11. Limitation of Liability
Designs by Diza shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of purchased products.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Canada.
