Custom & Personalized Items

All custom and personalized items are final sale.

• No returns
• No exchanges
• No refunds once production has begun

This includes items with names, dates, custom wording, colors, or design modifications.


Non-Personalized Items

If a non-custom item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the issue

Approved cases may be eligible for a replacement or store credit at our discretion.


Damages & Shipping Issues

Designs by Diza is not responsible for:
• Delays caused by shipping carriers
• Damage caused after delivery
• Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours so we can review the issue.


Color & Design Variations

• Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings

Cancellations
