Custom orders

How do I start a custom order?
Go to the Contact page and select “Custom Order Request.” Include your event type, theme/colors, quantity, and date needed.
Do you provide proofs?
Sometimes — depending on the item. If a proof is provided, please review spelling and details carefully. Once approved, production begins.
When does production start?
After payment. No work starts until the invoice/order is paid in full.
What info do you need from me?
Event type, theme/colors (or inspo link), name/age (if needed), quantity, and date needed. The more details you provide, the faster your quote and turnaround.
Do you offer rush orders?
Rush is sometimes available depending on current orders and may include an additional fee. If you’re on a deadline, mention it upfront.
Can I change details after I order?
Maybe — but not always. Once production starts, changes may not be possible. Please review all details carefully before approving your order.
