• All orders must be paid in full before production begins.
• Custom orders require approval of details before work starts.
• Please review all information carefully — names, dates, spelling, and colors.
• Once production has started, changes may not be possible.

Turnaround times

Turnaround times vary based on product type and order volume.

• Digital downloads: Available immediately after purchase.
• Custom physical items: Turnaround will be discussed at time of order.
• Rush orders: Subject to availability and may include an additional fee.

Digital downloads

• Digital products are non-refundable.
• No physical item will be shipped for digital downloads.
• You are responsible for printing and file compatibility.
• Files are for personal use only unless otherwise stated.

If you experience issues with a download, please contact me — I’m happy to help troubleshoot.

Custom & personalized orders

• Custom orders are made specifically for you and are final sale.
• Proofs may be provided depending on the item.
• Minor adjustments may be included; major redesigns may incur a fee.
• Once approved, production begins and changes cannot be made.

Shipping & pickup

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
• Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
• Local pickup (if available) must be arranged in advance.
• Designs by Diza is not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

Returns & refunds

• Due to the nature of custom and digital products, returns are not accepted.
• If there is an error on my part, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery.
• Approved issues will be corrected or replaced at my discretion.
